House Flip Ybor

House Flip Ybor

So, Michael and I have been flipping houses lately. It’s been a lot of fun for me because he lets me design each house, and it’s like I get to fulfill a new vision for each house. The latest house we flipped was this really sweet row house in historic Ybor City. It had not been updated in awhile, but I saw the potential as soon as I stepped inside. Original hardwood flooring, vintage kitchen sink and clawfoot tub in the bathroom, beautiful casings around the windows and doors. Just gorgeous potential. After a new kitchen, restoring the sink and bathtub, new hardware, paint, and lights, the house just looks so retro cute! Hope you enjoy the before/afters. I had a really fun time picking everything out for this home, and hope the new owners love the theme of it all.

Thanks! The house is quite small, and unfortunately red would not work in this house. It felt really overbearing. But, used correctly, I think red can be nice in a house.
